Her career path then led her to New York where she held high-level executive positions with some of Americas esteemed fashion apparel companies. In 1990 she opened her first company, which was an immediate success. After many years of escalating sales growth, she successfully sold the business in 2003 and no longer had any affiliation. Dian then enjoyed a carefree lifestyle of adventurous and inspirational travel. In 2006 Dian again felt the urge to design and re-entered the industry with a new vision for luxe fashion bedding with sophisticated, refined elegance and couture detailing aptly named Dian Austin Couture Home.

Dian Austin Bedding Couture Home premiered its first collection in Fall 2006, which was featured in Neiman Marcus catalog. This new company reflects Dian’s passion for innovative designs and luxurious fabrics with the highest level of attention to detail and refinement for today’s upscale clientele.
